C- Cancellations:
A full refund will be made for written cancellations received by Liba Tours at least 61 days prior to the date on which you are to commence travel.
Passengers, who cancel after the date for any reason, including medical or family reasons, are subject to the following:
Cancellation fees: 25% of the gross fair per person fees incurred as result of cancellation can not be applied to future booking. Travel agency may impose their own cancellation fees.
Agency fees of any nature are a matter to be decided on solely by the agency and passenger. Giving that the resale of the cancellations space on a tour will likely result in a lost opportunity to sell space on other tours, these fees are regardless of resale. Name changes require the prior approval of Liba Tours and may not be possible.
Travel documents are non-transferable. Name changes and departure date changes are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees
D- Special requirements:
It is an essential that we be notified of any special medical, physical, or other requirements of passenger at the time of booking.
E- Baggage policy:
Liba Tours will not assume any liability for any loss or delay or damage to breakable or perishable items, medicine, liquor, cash, jewelry or similar valuables, securities or other financial instruments, film, video tape, video equipment, cameras or property left in the passenger compartment of the Liba Tours motor coaches either during or at the conclusion of the tour
F- Responsibilities and liabilities:
Services or portions of the tour provided by any person or company other than Liba Tours (such as airlines, taxis, hotels, boats or other vessels, meals and medical cares providers) are performed by independent contractors, are solely at your risk and are subject to the terms or arrangements made by you and on your behalf within the independent contractor.
Liba Tours assumes no responsibility with respect to the good or services or these independent contractors (including delays, injury, death or damage to property) even though it may collect money or make arrangements on your behalf.
G- Refund policy:
Liba Tours reserved the right to cancel all part of the tour in its reasonable discretion.
If Liba Tours cancels the entire tour, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid to Liba Tours. If Liba Tours cancels a portion of the tour due to weather or other reason beyond the control of Liba Tours or if you decide for any reason whatsoever, not to participate in all or part of the tour, Liba Tours will not be required to make any refunds. For other partial cancellation by Liba Tours, you will receive a refund for the value of the cancelled portion, which value to be determine by Liba Tours in a fair and equitable manner. If, due to weather or other unforeseen reasons, flights are adversely impacted or you required spending in additional night in a location, hotel and meals cost are your responsibilities.
All refunds are processed by the main office of liba Tours.
No refunds will be made on the spot.
H- General information:
Transportation is based on a/c vehicles. Size of vehicles is according to group size. Tour length and sequence of itinerary may be altered according to traffic jams, weather conditions or any other unforeseen reason. All tours depart as per time table issued. Price includes air-condition transportation; escort English or French speaking guide (except for dine out and ski tours); entrance fees, meals as stated in the tour, hotel accommodation whenever including in tour. Price does not include tips, drinks of any nature (unless otherwise specified), convenient pickup/drop of service from many major hotels are offered complimentary
